sai nu selein jah hvassein [garaihta] gudis; aþþan ana þaim þaiei gadrusun, hvassein, iþ ana þus selein, jabai þairhwisis in selein; aiþþau jah þu usmaitaza,
- — ἴδε οὖν χρηστότητα καὶ ἀποτομίαν θεοῦ: ἐπὶ μὲν τοὺς πεσόντας ἀποτομία, ἐπὶ δὲ σὲ χρηστότης θεοῦ, ἐὰν ἐπιμένῃς τῇ χρηστότητι, ἐπεὶ καὶ σὺ ἐκκοπήσῃ.
- — Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

- — This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;
