- — καὶ [εὐθέως] ἠνοίγησαν αὐτοῦ αἱ ἀκοαί, καὶ ἐλύθη ὁ δεσμὸς τῆς γλώσσης αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἐλάλει ὀρθῶς.
- — And straightway his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain.

galiþun þan jah bigetun fulan gabundanana at daura uta ana gagga; jah andbundun ina.
- — καὶ ἀπῆλθον καὶ εὗρον πῶλον δεδεμένον πρὸς θύραν ἔξω ἐπὶ τοῦ ἀμφόδου, καὶ λύουσιν αὐτόν.
- — And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose him.

iþ nu, sai, andbundanai waurþum af witoda, gadauþnandans in þammei gahabaidai wesum, swaei skalkinoma in niujiþai ahmins jah ni fairniþai bokos.
- — νυνὶ δὲ κατηργήθημεν ἀπὸ τοῦ νόμου, ἀποθανόντες ἐν ᾧ κατειχόμεθα, ὥστε δουλεύειν ἡμᾶς ἐν καινότητι πνεύματος καὶ οὐ παλαιότητι γράμματος.
- — But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.
