Matthew 6:2: ^CA þan nu tauja i s arm a ion, ni haurnja i s faura þus, swa swe þa i liutans taujand in gaqumþi m jah in garuns i m, ei hauhja indau fra m m anna m; a men qiþa izwi s: andnemun m izdon seina.; — ὅταν οὖν ποιῇς ἐλεημοσύνην, μὴ σαλπίσῃς ἔμπροσθέν σου, ὥσπερ οἱ ὑποκριταὶ ποιοῦσιν ἐν ταῖς συναγωγαῖς καὶ ἐν ταῖς ῥύμαις, ὅπως δοξασθῶσιν ὑπὸ τῶν ἀνθρώπων: ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν, ἀπέχουσιν τὸν μισθὸν αὐτῶν.; — Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

Amen, qiþa izwi s þatei haband m izdon seina.; — καὶ ὅταν προσεύχησθε, οὐκ ἔσεσθε ὡς οἱ ὑποκριταί: ὅτι φιλοῦσιν ἐν ταῖς συναγωγαῖς καὶ ἐν ταῖς γωνίαις τῶν πλατειῶν ἑστῶτες προσεύχεσθαι, ὅπως φανῶσιν τοῖς ἀνθρώποις: ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν, ἀπέχουσιν τὸν μισθὸν αὐτῶν.; — And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
Matthew 6:6: ^CA iþ þu þan bidja i s, gagg in heþjon þeina jah galukands haurda i þeina i bidei du attin þeina m m a þa m m a in fulhsnja, jah atta þeins s aei s a ihviþ in fulhsnja, usgibiþ þus in ba irhtein.; — σὺ δὲ ὅταν προσεύχῃ, εἴσελθε εἰς τὸ ταμεῖόν σου καὶ κλείσας τὴν θύραν σου πρόσευξαι τῷ πατρί σου τῷ ἐν τῷ κρυπτῷ: καὶ ὁ πατήρ σου ὁ βλέπων ἐν τῷ κρυπτῷ ἀποδώσει σοι.; — But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

Matthew 6:8: ^CA ni galeikoþ nu þa i m; wa it auk atta izwar þizei jus þaurbuþ, faurþizei jus bidja iþ ina.; — μὴ οὖν ὁμοιωθῆτε αὐτοῖς, οἶδεν γὰρ ὁ πατὴρ ὑμῶν ὧν χρείαν ἔχετε πρὸ τοῦ ὑμᾶς αἰτῆσαι αὐτόν.; — Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.
Matthew 6:9: ^CA swa nu bidja iþ jus: atta uns ar þu in hi m ina m, weihna i na mo þein.; — οὕτως οὖν προσεύχεσθε ὑμεῖς: πάτερ ἡμῶν ὁ ἐν τοῖς οὐρανοῖς, ἁγιασθήτω τὸ ὄνομά σου,; — After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Matthew 6:10: ^CA qi m a i þiudina s sus þeins. wa irþa i wilja þeins, swe in hi m ina jah ana a irþa i.; — ἐλθέτω ἡ βασιλεία σου, γενηθήτω τὸ θέλημά σου, ὡς ἐν οὐρανῷ καὶ ἐπὶ γῆς.; — Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Matthew 6:11: ^CA hla if uns arana þana s inteinan gif uns hi m m a daga.; — τὸν ἄρτον ἡμῶν τὸν ἐπιούσιον δὸς ἡμῖν σήμερον:; — Give us this day our daily bread.
Matthew 6:12: ^CA jah aflet uns þatei skulans s ija i m a, swa swe jah wei s afleta m þa i m skula m uns ara i m.; — καὶ ἄφες ἡμῖν τὰ ὀφειλήματα ἡμῶν, ὡς καὶ ἡμεῖς ἀφήκαμεν τοῖς ὀφειλέταις ἡμῶν:; — And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
Matthew 6:13: ^CA jah ni brigga i s uns in fra i stubnja i, ak lausei uns af þa m m a ubilin; unte þeina i st þiudangardi jah m ahts jah wulþus in a iwins. a men.; — καὶ μὴ εἰσενέγκῃς ἡμᾶς εἰς πειρασμόν, ἀλλὰ ῥῦσαι ἡμᾶς ἀπὸ τοῦ πονηροῦ.; — And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
Matthew 6:14: ^CA unte jaba i afletiþ m anna m m i s s adedins ize, afletiþ jah izwi s atta izwar s a ufar hi m ina m.; — ἐὰν γὰρ ἀφῆτε τοῖς ἀνθρώποις τὰ παραπτώματα αὐτῶν, ἀφήσει καὶ ὑμῖν ὁ πατὴρ ὑμῶν ὁ οὐράνιος:; — For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

Matthew 6:16: ^CA aþþan biþe fa sta iþ, ni wa irþa iþ swa swe þa i liutans gaura i; frawardjand auk andwa irþja seina, ei ga s a ihva indau m anna m fa standans. a men, qiþa izwi s, þatei andnemun m izdon seina.; — ὅταν δὲ νηστεύητε, μὴ γίνεσθε ὡς οἱ ὑποκριταὶ σκυθρωποί, ἀφανίζουσιν γὰρ τὰ πρόσωπα αὐτῶν ὅπως φανῶσιν τοῖς ἀνθρώποις νηστεύοντες: ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν, ἀπέχουσιν τὸν μισθὸν αὐτῶν.; — Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

Matthew 6:18: ^CA ei ni ga s a ihva izau m anna m fa stands, ak attin þeina m m a þa m m a in fulhsnja, jah atta þeins s aei s a ihviþ in fulhsnja, usgibiþ þus.; — ὅπως μὴ φανῇς τοῖς ἀνθρώποις νηστεύων ἀλλὰ τῷ πατρί σου τῷ ἐν τῷ κρυφαίῳ: καὶ ὁ πατήρ σου ὁ βλέπων ἐν τῷ κρυφαίῳ ἀποδώσει σοι.; — That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.
Matthew 6:19: ^CA ni huzdja iþ izwi s huzda ana a irþa i, þarei m alo jah nidwa frawardeiþ, jah þarei þiubos ufgraband jah hlifand.; — μὴ θησαυρίζετε ὑμῖν θησαυροὺς ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, ὅπου σὴς καὶ βρῶσις ἀφανίζει, καὶ ὅπου κλέπται διορύσσουσιν καὶ κλέπτουσιν:; — Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

Matthew 6:21: ^CA þarei auk i st huzd izwar, þaruh i st jah ha irto izwar.; — ὅπου γάρ ἐστιν ὁ θησαυρός σου, ἐκεῖ ἔσται καὶ ἡ καρδία σου.; — For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
Matthew 6:22: ^CA lukarn leiki s i st augo: jaba i nu augo þein a infalþ i st, allata leik þein liuhadein wa irþiþ;; — ὁ λύχνος τοῦ σώματός ἐστιν ὁ ὀφθαλμός. ἐὰν οὖν ᾖ ὁ ὀφθαλμός σου ἁπλοῦς, ὅλον τὸ σῶμά σου φωτεινὸν ἔσται:; — The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
Matthew 6:23: ^CA iþ jaba i augo þein unsel i st, allata leik þein riqizein wa irþiþ. jaba i nu liuhaþ þata in þus riqiz i st, þata riqiz hvan filu!; — ἐὰν δὲ ὁ ὀφθαλμός σου πονηρὸς ᾖ, ὅλον τὸ σῶμά σου σκοτεινὸν ἔσται. εἰ οὖν τὸ φῶς τὸ ἐν σοὶ σκότος ἐστίν, τὸ σκότος πόσον.; — But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
Matthew 6:24: ^CA ni m anna m ag twa i m frauja m skalkinon; unte jaba i fija iþ a inana, jah anþarana frijoþ; a iþþau a ina m m a ufhauseiþ, iþ anþara m m a frakann. ni m aguþ guda skalkinon jah m a m monin.; — οὐδεὶς δύναται δυσὶ κυρίοις δουλεύειν: ἢ γὰρ τὸν ἕνα μισήσει καὶ τὸν ἕτερον ἀγαπήσει, ἢ ἑνὸς ἀνθέξεται καὶ τοῦ ἑτέρου καταφρονήσει: οὐ δύνασθε θεῷ δουλεύειν καὶ μαμωνᾷ.; — No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
Matthew 6:25: ^CA Duþþe qiþa izwi s: ni m aurna iþ s a iwala i izwara i hva m atja iþ jah hva drigka iþ, nih leika izwara m m a hve wa sja iþ; niu s a iwala m a i s i st fodeina i jah leik wa stjom?; — διὰ τοῦτο λέγω ὑμῖν, μὴ μεριμνᾶτε τῇ ψυχῇ ὑμῶν τί φάγητε [ἢ τί πίητε,] μηδὲ τῷ σώματι ὑμῶν τί ἐνδύσησθε: οὐχὶ ἡ ψυχὴ πλεῖόν ἐστιν τῆς τροφῆς καὶ τὸ σῶμα τοῦ ἐνδύματος;; — Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
Matthew 6:26: ^CA ins a ihviþ du fugla m hi m ini s, þei ni s a i and nih sneiþand, nih li s and in banstins, jah atta izwar s a ufar hi m ina m fodeiþ ins. niu jus m a i s wulþrizans s ijuþ þa i m?; — ἐμβλέψατε εἰς τὰ πετεινὰ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ὅτι οὐ σπείρουσιν οὐδὲ θερίζουσιν οὐδὲ συνάγουσιν εἰς ἀποθήκας, καὶ ὁ πατὴρ ὑμῶν ὁ οὐράνιος τρέφει αὐτά: οὐχ ὑμεῖς μᾶλλον διαφέρετε αὐτῶν;; — Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
Matthew 6:27: ^CA iþ hva s izwara m aurnands m ag ana aukan ana wahstu seinana aleina a ina?; — τίς δὲ ἐξ ὑμῶν μεριμνῶν δύναται προσθεῖναι ἐπὶ τὴν ἡλικίαν αὐτοῦ πῆχυν ἕνα;; — Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
Matthew 6:28: ^CA jah bi wa stjos hva s aurga iþ? gakunna iþ blom ans ha iþjos, hva iwa wahsjand; nih arba idjand nih spinnand.; — καὶ περὶ ἐνδύματος τί μεριμνᾶτε; καταμάθετε τὰ κρίνα τοῦ ἀγροῦ πῶς αὐξάνουσιν: οὐ κοπιῶσιν οὐδὲ νήθουσιν:; — And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
Matthew 6:29: ^CA qiþuh þan izwi s þatei nih Saulaumon in alla m m a wulþau seina m m a gawa s ida s ik swe a ins þize.; — λέγω δὲ ὑμῖν ὅτι οὐδὲ σολομὼν ἐν πάσῃ τῇ δόξῃ αὐτοῦ περιεβάλετο ὡς ἓν τούτων.; — And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Matthew 6:30: ^CA jah þande þata hawi ha iþjos hi m m a daga wi s ando jah gi stradagi s in auhn galagiþ guþ swa wa sjiþ, hva iwa m a i s izwi s leitil galaubjandans?; — εἰ δὲ τὸν χόρτον τοῦ ἀγροῦ σήμερον ὄντα καὶ αὔριον εἰς κλίβανον βαλλόμενον ὁ θεὸς οὕτως ἀμφιέννυσιν, οὐ πολλῷ μᾶλλον ὑμᾶς, ὀλιγόπιστοι;; — Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Matthew 6:31: ^CA ni m aurna iþ nu qiþandans: hva m atja m a iþþau hva drigka m a iþþau hve wa sja i m a?; — μὴ οὖν μεριμνήσητε λέγοντες, τί φάγωμεν; ἤ, τί πίωμεν; ἤ, τί περιβαλώμεθα;; — Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
Matthew 6:32: ^CA all auk þata þiudos sokjand; wa ituh þan atta izwar s a ufar hi m ina m þatei þaurbuþ . . . .; — πάντα γὰρ ταῦτα τὰ ἔθνη ἐπιζητοῦσιν: οἶδεν γὰρ ὁ πατὴρ ὑμῶν ὁ οὐράνιος ὅτι χρῄζετε τούτων ἁπάντων.; — (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

Matthew 7:14: ^CA hvan aggwu þata daur jah þra ihans wigs s a brigganda in liba ina i, jah fawa i s ind þa i bigitandans þana.; — τί στενὴ ἡ πύλη καὶ τεθλιμμένη ἡ ὁδὸς ἡ ἀπάγουσα εἰς τὴν ζωήν, καὶ ὀλίγοι εἰσὶν οἱ εὑρίσκοντες αὐτήν.; — Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Matthew 7:15: ^CA ats a ihviþ sweþauh faura liugnapraufetum þa i m izei qi m and at izwi s in wa stjom la mbe, iþ innaþro s ind wulfos wilwandans.; — προσέχετε ἀπὸ τῶν ψευδοπροφητῶν, οἵτινες ἔρχονται πρὸς ὑμᾶς ἐν ἐνδύμασιν προβάτων, ἔσωθεν δέ εἰσιν λύκοι ἅρπαγες.; — Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Matthew 7:16: ^CA bi akrana m ize ufkunna iþ ins. iba i li s and[a] af þaurnum weinaba sja a iþþau af wigadeinom s m akkans?; — ἀπὸ τῶν καρπῶν αὐτῶν ἐπιγνώσεσθε αὐτούς: μήτι συλλέγουσιν ἀπὸ ἀκανθῶν σταφυλὰς ἢ ἀπὸ τριβόλων σῦκα;; — Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Matthew 7:17: ^CA swa all bagme goda ize akrana goda gataujiþ, iþ s a ubila bagm s akrana ubila gataujiþ.; — οὕτως πᾶν δένδρον ἀγαθὸν καρποὺς καλοὺς ποιεῖ, τὸ δὲ σαπρὸν δένδρον καρποὺς πονηροὺς ποιεῖ:; — Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
Matthew 7:18: ^CA ni m ag bagm s þiuþeigs akrana ubila gataujan, nih bagm s ubils akrana þiuþeiga gataujan.; — οὐ δύναται δένδρον ἀγαθὸν καρποὺς πονηροὺς ποιεῖν, οὐδὲ δένδρον σαπρὸν καρποὺς καλοὺς ποιεῖν.; — A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
Matthew 7:19: ^CA all bagme ni taujandane akran god us m a itada jah in fon atlagjada.; — πᾶν δένδρον μὴ ποιοῦν καρπὸν καλὸν ἐκκόπτεται καὶ εἰς πῦρ βάλλεται.; — Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Matthew 7:20: ^CA þannu bi akrana m ize ufkunna iþ ins.; — ἄρα γε ἀπὸ τῶν καρπῶν αὐτῶν ἐπιγνώσεσθε αὐτούς.; — Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Matthew 7:21: ^CA ni hvazuh s aei qiþiþ m i s: frauja, frauja! inngaleiþiþ in þiudangardja hi m ine, ak s a taujands wiljan attins meini s þi s in hi m ina m.; — οὐ πᾶς ὁ λέγων μοι, κύριε κύριε, εἰσελεύσεται εἰς τὴν βασιλείαν τῶν οὐρανῶν, ἀλλ' ὁ ποιῶν τὸ θέλημα τοῦ πατρός μου τοῦ ἐν τοῖς οὐρανοῖς.; — Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 7:22: ^CA m anaga i qiþand m i s in ja ina m m a daga: frauja, frauja! niu þeina m m a na m in praufetidedum, jah þeina m m a na m in unhulþons uswaurpum, jah þeina m m a na m in m ahtins m ikilos gatawidedum?; — πολλοὶ ἐροῦσίν μοι ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ, κύριε κύριε, οὐ τῷ σῷ ὀνόματι ἐπροφητεύσαμεν, καὶ τῷ σῷ ὀνόματι δαιμόνια ἐξεβάλομεν, καὶ τῷ σῷ ὀνόματι δυνάμεις πολλὰς ἐποιήσαμεν;; — Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Matthew 7:23: ^CA jah þan andha ita i m þatei ni hvanhun kunþa izwi s: afleiþiþ fa irra m i s, jus waurkjandans uns ibjona.; — καὶ τότε ὁμολογήσω αὐτοῖς ὅτι οὐδέποτε ἔγνων ὑμᾶς: ἀποχωρεῖτε ἀπ' ἐμοῦ οἱ ἐργαζόμενοι τὴν ἀνομίαν.; — And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Matthew 7:24: ^CA hvazuh nu s aei hauseiþ waurda meina jah taujiþ þo, galeiko ina wa ira froda m m a, s aei gati mrida razn sein ana sta ina.; — πᾶς οὖν ὅστις ἀκούει μου τοὺς λόγους τούτους καὶ ποιεῖ αὐτοὺς ὁμοιωθήσεται ἀνδρὶ φρονίμῳ, ὅστις ᾠκοδόμησεν αὐτοῦ τὴν οἰκίαν ἐπὶ τὴν πέτραν.; — Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

Matthew 7:28: ^CA jah warþ, þan ustauh Iesus þo waurda, bi abridedun m anageins ana la i seina i i s.; — καὶ ἐγένετο ὅτε ἐτέλεσεν ὁ ἰησοῦς τοὺς λόγους τούτους ἐξεπλήσσοντο οἱ ὄχλοι ἐπὶ τῇ διδαχῇ αὐτοῦ:; — And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:
Matthew 7:29: ^CA wa s auk la i sjands ins swe waldufni habands, jah ni swa swe bokarjos.; — ἦν γὰρ διδάσκων αὐτοὺς ὡς ἐξουσίαν ἔχων καὶ οὐχ ὡς οἱ γραμματεῖς αὐτῶν.; — For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.
Matthew 8:1: ^CA Dalaþ þan atgaggandin i m m a af fa irgunja, la i stidedun afar i m m a iumjons m anagos.; — καταβάντος δὲ αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ τοῦ ὄρους ἠκολούθησαν αὐτῷ ὄχλοι πολλοί.; — When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.

Matthew 8:3: ^CA jah ufrakjands handu atta itok i m m a qiþands: wiljau, wa irþ hra ins! jah suns hra in warþ þata þrutsfill i s.; — καὶ ἐκτείνας τὴν χεῖρα ἥψατο αὐτοῦ λέγων, θέλω, καθαρίσθητι: καὶ εὐθέως ἐκαθαρίσθη αὐτοῦ ἡ λέπρα.; — And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.
